REFUSAL OF SERVICE The products and services available on the Website are offered subject to our acceptance of your order or request. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Website, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance

We will email you to confirm placement of your order and with details about product delivery. If you do not receive email order confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS
Upon determining that you are entitled to a cancellation/refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds. Refunds must be requested via email to email@example.com. Requests for refunds must be made two business days before the account billing date in via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Failure to request a timely refund in writing will result in the non-refundable charge to customer account for the upcoming billing cycle and customer will be canceled when email is received for the next month. Please note that refunds are not available for digital products as immediate access will be granted following customer purchase.

You understand that if payments The terms of this purchase agreement is for a digital goods purchase for The Morning Meetup: The Morning Meetup subscription:
Account Access: Limited Access will be granted upon receipt of the first payment fee via the $1 trial. Full Access will be granted upon full payment of the monthly subscription and can be suspended/revoked for failure to pay the consecutive monthly payments. You will create the account and password once payment has been processed.
Payment subscription terms. You agree to the responsibility of monthly payments until you log in to your portal to manually cancel your subscription.
Autopay Authorization. by submitting and signing up to The Morning Meetup you are authorizing and enrolling in The Morning Meetup. autopay service to pay your monthly subscription automatically and will be charged to the credit card designated by you on a recurring monthly basis from the time you enroll or you indicate to us that you want the automatic charges to stop and we have had a reasonable time to implement your instructions based on the terms or our cancellation policy,. by enrolling and inputting your credit card information, you represent and warrant that you are the person whose name appears on the credit card, that you are authorized to use the credit card, that you have a sufficient unused credit limit to cover any charges that may be made using autopay, that the information you provide is correct, and that you will notify us in any change in the above, and you further make each of these representations and warranties each time you have a transaction that will be paid through autopay.
failure to pay a subscription payment when due under the terms of the agreement will subject you to immediate termination.;
we are not liable for any refund amount due to technical problems on your computer or mobile device, including but not limited to: device malfunction, inability to install or operate Zoom, and/or problems due to internet connectivity or providing the wrong email address when signing up for the program, or inability to locate access emails

Revocation. You have the right to revoke The Morning Meetup authorization to automatically charge your designated credit card for payments. To cancel automatic payments, log into your account and cancel your subscription and/or remove your card information on file.
We try to describe and display any products and services available for purchase on the Website as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining the product or service, we do not guarantee that the Website is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.
